have never been treated with such direspect. employee at front desk was in another world.dr. then spitefully prescribed four antibiotics for my pet without waiting for test results to be confirmed.charged outrageous fee,then berated me for her employees lack of skill and knowledge.have been a loyal customer since july 2000.have continuously donated newspapers,toys,fooddishes,blankets.towels,washcloths,and money to this clinic.i collect items from friends,family and yardsales throughout the year to give to this clinic. this past wed. i took my pet in for treatment of lumps found on his back.christine was asking questions at the onset of check in when she abruptly answered an incoming call then repeated back to me that my pet had lumps on his chest.i told her they were on his back and that i needed to leave him and go to school,that i would pick him up later.she said they close at 1:00 and reopen @ 3:00. inreality they close @12:00 and reopen@8:00 on thursday. she then asked if i was goi
