I recently visited The Flower Box in Minot and it was a fantastic experience. The Flower Box has definitely had a facelift and the new employees are some of friendliest people. The flowers were terrific and I will be going back often. Also the New designer Scott has a terrific eye for the modern arrangements. more

Not so sure 4/11/2012

My husband ordered flowers for me for our anniversary and I never received them. When I called to have our money refunded they said that the order number I had wasn't one of theirs. Once they finally realized that it was their number, they said when you order online they don't always get the order and apologized saying they would refund the money. While this is kind of them, it doesn't fix that I was disappointed or that I didn't get to enjoy the flowers my husband picked out for our special occasion. more

Big disappointment 5/8/2011

Flower box in Minot filled a flower order for me and did not use the flower container I had chosen. They replaced it with a Cheap Plastic Easter Basket. It was suppose to be a cute trendy reusable tote. I spoke with Nicki , Nicki, I guess the only one that works there. Very unprofessional and wasn't willing to do anything to resolve and end up with a satisfied customer and didn't even apoligize once. She was very defensive. I would not have this type of employee working form my business :( more

Flowers a let down 12/23/2010

Bad: The way they treated my husband and then my self when I talked to them the next day after getting the flowers that night at our anniversary supper. They were rude and basically called me a liar to my face. Also they thought it was okay to use a dirty old vase for the arrangement.. Improvements: Better customer service !!!. Other: This could have been handled much better. My husband went to them thinking they were the better florist in town but they proved us very wrong. I wish I could say they took care of us like the other reviews apologize but they didn't and I will not do business with them again.. more

Beautiful flowers 8/18/2005

This place has the nicest flowers in Minot. They did mix up an order of mine once, and when I called them, they fixed it immediately and then later delivered a vase of flowers as an apology for their error. I was very impressed by their service, as well as their beautiful arrangements. I would definitely use them again. more
