Flower box in Minot filled a flower order for me and did not use the flower container I had chosen. They replaced it with a Cheap Plastic Easter Basket. It was suppose to be a cute trendy reusable tote. I spoke with Nicki , Nicki, I guess the only one that works there. Very unprofessional and wasn't willing to do anything to resolve and end up with a satisfied customer and didn't even apoligize once. She was very defensive. I would not have this type of employee working form my business :(
