Bad: The way they treated my husband and then my self when I talked to them the next day after getting the flowers that night at our anniversary supper. They were rude and basically called me a liar to my face. Also they thought it was okay to use a dirty old vase for the arrangement.. Improvements: Better customer service !!!. Other: This could have been handled much better. My husband went to them thinking they were the better florist in town but they proved us very wrong. I wish I could say they took care of us like the other reviews apologize but they didn't and I will not do business with them again..
