I ordered flowers through what I thought was FTD online. I requested Thursday delivery for the funeral service on Friday to ensure they would arrive in a timely manner. Apparently the flower shop they ordered through was closed the day they were ordered (Sunday) so the order went to another florist apparently. That florist never responded and unfortunately Floral Originals never caught this (that is a huge quality customer service gap) !\r On Friday there was no broken heart wreath for my dad from his three daughers altough the $195.87 already came out of my Visa card.\r I called Friday night & was told a manager would call me. Again on Saturday when I called again to ask what happened someone took a message. On Monday I placed a third call & the young woman told me they would cancel the order and I would receive an e-mail confirmation. I asked for someone to call me persoanally to explain what happened & she hung up the phone on me. I reported them to FTD corporate quality. They should not be allowed to be associatied with such a good name as FTD. I am next going to write two other agencies and complain to them also. \r No customer service recovery this was not a missed birthday they cannot fix this being in a state of grief and to have a snippy bag hang up the phone on me is unbelievable and unexcusable, She should be fired. \r Kicked when down, unbelievable service, Inhuman. Friend-\r If you are looking for a great floral shop, KEEP LOOKING! To help you understand how I came to this conclusion, let me share with you a my experience. \r \r When I tried to complete an order on the Floral Originals by Gregory Scotte website (after I had entered all of my credit card information,) I was redirected to a page informing me that my cart was empty and the transaction had not been completed possibly due to the page ""timing out."" Naturally, I didn't think twice knowing that I had probably taken longer than amount of time allowed by the security settings, so just to double check, I called the Floral Originals customer service phone number and was told that I would recieve a confirmation email that evening confirming that my credit card was not charged. But 5 hours later, instead of recieving an email saying that I was NOT charged, the email said that I WAS!! Meanwhile, I had already placed an order through another company that came highly recommened. \r Since I recieved that email, Itwo weeks have passed and I have attempted to contact the management 5 times with no return calls or follow-through and obviously, no refund.\r \r If you do decided to use Floral Originals, please prepare yourself to deal with the at least following issues:\r - Very poor customer service (especially by management)\r - a faulty and outdated security system on the website Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more

Flowers never showed up. I could only call the answering service. They put me on hold, then hung up, then told me no managers were available to refund my money. Promised a call me back which never happened. Then they said it takes a week to hear back from the local store, whom they refused to identify. Answering service actually told me to dispute it with my credit card company, which I did. They ruined a special occasion, then stressed me out for 3 days. This could be a ""boiler room"" operation for all I know. Cons: Flowers were never delivered. Then no customer service or refund. more

I just placed my order through a site that I thought was F T D????? I did see ""Floral Originals by Gregory"" as the florist that was chosen when I was checking out. I thought that F T D had slipped up, and displayed the florist by accident. I pulled up ""Floral Originals by Gregory"" and was shocked to see the reviews. Only time will tell if the floral arrangement I placed this morning will be delivered. I have alerted my brother-in-law (his son is the recipient) about the situation. \r \r I am happy to post that my order arrived the same day! No problem here. Pros: It arrived beautifully, and on the same day that my order was placed. more

i ordered mother's day flowers for my sister in law,her first mother's day.needless to say she never received them but they were quick to take my money 65$.i kept calling the company and talking to their answering service which told me they would contact me within 48 hrs,this has never happened.i keep calling and get the same story. do not order anything from these thieves. more
