Friend-\r If you are looking for a great floral shop, KEEP LOOKING! To help you understand how I came to this conclusion, let me share with you a my experience. \r \r When I tried to complete an order on the Floral Originals by Gregory Scotte website (after I had entered all of my credit card information,) I was redirected to a page informing me that my cart was empty and the transaction had not been completed possibly due to the page ""timing out."" Naturally, I didn't think twice knowing that I had probably taken longer than amount of time allowed by the security settings, so just to double check, I called the Floral Originals customer service phone number and was told that I would recieve a confirmation email that evening confirming that my credit card was not charged. But 5 hours later, instead of recieving an email saying that I was NOT charged, the email said that I WAS!! Meanwhile, I had already placed an order through another company that came highly recommened. \r Since I recieved that email, Itwo weeks have passed and I have attempted to contact the management 5 times with no return calls or follow-through and obviously, no refund.\r \r If you do decided to use Floral Originals, please prepare yourself to deal with the at least following issues:\r - Very poor customer service (especially by management)\r - a faulty and outdated security system on the website Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more
