I ordered flowers through what I thought was FTD online. I requested Thursday delivery for the funeral service on Friday to ensure they would arrive in a timely manner. Apparently the flower shop they ordered through was closed the day they were ordered (Sunday) so the order went to another florist apparently. That florist never responded and unfortunately Floral Originals never caught this (that is a huge quality customer service gap) !\r On Friday there was no broken heart wreath for my dad from his three daughers altough the $195.87 already came out of my Visa card.\r I called Friday night & was told a manager would call me. Again on Saturday when I called again to ask what happened someone took a message. On Monday I placed a third call & the young woman told me they would cancel the order and I would receive an e-mail confirmation. I asked for someone to call me persoanally to explain what happened & she hung up the phone on me. I reported them to FTD corporate quality. They should not be allowed to be associatied with such a good name as FTD. I am next going to write two other agencies and complain to them also. \r No customer service recovery this was not a missed birthday they cannot fix this being in a state of grief and to have a snippy bag hang up the phone on me is unbelievable and unexcusable, She should be fired. \r Kicked when down, unbelievable service, Inhuman. Shame on you. One day you will receive the same treatment & I will laugh at you. Cons: Workers hang up phone when you call to inquire about failed delivery more
