Flowers never showed up. I could only call the answering service. They put me on hold, then hung up, then told me no managers were available to refund my money. Promised a call me back which never happened. Then they said it takes a week to hear back from the local store, whom they refused to identify. Answering service actually told me to dispute it with my credit card company, which I did. They ruined a special occasion, then stressed me out for 3 days. This could be a ""boiler room"" operation for all I know.
Cons: Flowers were never delivered. Then no customer service or refund.
