These people are CROOKS! My husband took his car in for a nail in the tire, and they diagnosed $1,200.00 worth of problems with his car, one issue being something that our regular mechanic insists does not even exist. i.e. he has never heard of that type of problem after 30 years being a mechanic. GO ELSEWHERE. This place sucks!!!!!!!!! more

I was in Charleston for the weekend for a wedding, when I noticed that my tire was getting low. I assumed that I may have gotten a nail stuck in the tire. I went in without an appointment, and was helped immediately, with no wait. The staff was courteous and polite, and after about 45 minutes of examining the tire, no nail was found. However, what blew my mind was that I was not charged at all for their time. I had my money out, fully expecting to pay for their time and labor. In this day and age, it was a pleasant surprise not to be taken for every penny. I appreciated the honesty, and would gladly do business with them again in the future. more

If there could be a negative rating I would have selected that! This place is unbelievable. I took my truck in to have a simple oil change. I was later called saying one of my front differential seals was cracked badly and was leaking fluid (i never saw any fluid on my driveway before I took it in) and I was leaving town so I had them fix it...for $290. Picked up my vehicle to find out that they had run out my battery throughout the course of the day and ""I shouldn't turn it off for a while to recharge the battery."" Some service that is...I then drove 4 hours away on vacation to find a huge puddle of fluid under my truck after it sat over the long weekend. Contacted the manager here who was not very helpful at all. He had the manager of the firestone closest to me call and set up towing and repair at his facility. After doing the repairs they informed me that all the bearings and differentials were installed backwards!! Still have not heard from this manager. Use extreme caution when trusting these ""mechanics""! more
