I was in Charleston for the weekend for a wedding, when I noticed that my tire was getting low. I assumed that I may have gotten a nail stuck in the tire. I went in without an appointment, and was helped immediately, with no wait. The staff was courteous and polite, and after about 45 minutes of examining the tire, no nail was found. However, what blew my mind was that I was not charged at all for their time. I had my money out, fully expecting to pay for their time and labor. In this day and age, it was a pleasant surprise not to be taken for every penny. I appreciated the honesty, and would gladly do business with them again in the future.
