If there could be a negative rating I would have selected that! This place is unbelievable. I took my truck in to have a simple oil change. I was later called saying one of my front differential seals was cracked badly and was leaking fluid (i never saw any fluid on my driveway before I took it in) and I was leaving town so I had them fix it...for $290. Picked up my vehicle to find out that they had run out my battery throughout the course of the day and ""I shouldn't turn it off for a while to recharge the battery."" Some service that is...I then drove 4 hours away on vacation to find a huge puddle of fluid under my truck after it sat over the long weekend. Contacted the manager here who was not very helpful at all. He had the manager of the firestone closest to me call and set up towing and repair at his facility. After doing the repairs they informed me that all the bearings and differentials were installed backwards!! Still have not heard from this manager. Use extreme caution when trusting these ""mechanics""!
