Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had been driving on my spare a few days, and needed tires quickly. I went in here and they quoted me 100 each for 4 dunlops plus service which they said was my cheapest option given my somewhat rare tire size. On my way driving in the next day, they said they got some other tires in instead from wanli. He said the Wanli were more expensive but they would honor the price still so I thought it sounded like a great deal. I sat there for over an hour, and saw a mechanic drop a clipboard off at the desk. The four guys in there were all too busy talking to notice. I sat there waiting and wondered if maybe my car was ready. I went up and checked the clipboard and yes, my car was ready but I had been sitting there for at least 5 minutes while one of the workers neglected to even look down at the clipboard to check it. It seems as though 100 for them was a horrible deal, and apparently town fair tire gave them these generics instead of the 86 dollar dunlops which I had paid Expert Tire 100 for, so actually I was given a worse tire for the price after already having reserved them, which was a complete SCAM. I would expect better from Expert Tire but apparently they will lie straight to your face and give you cheaper tires than what you pay for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. more

I honestly don't know how it is possible this place is still in business. I show up early after making an appointment, only to wait an hour for my car to be moved from one parking space to another. Half an hour later it went in to the shop, where it sat without anyone touching it for about another 20 minutes. All this time i waited for just an oil change. Oil change took another hour! I mean, what was the purpose of making an APPOINTMENT? It didn't matter to anyone there that I had other engagements and was now running very late. While i waited I found out I was not the only one. One of their regulars states this was pretty routine here. Finally when I go to cash out they hand me a list totaling $2000 in repairs they said needed to be done. Including a coolant flush which I just had done the prior month. To top it off, I have a oil stain in the driveway now from the access oil dripping off my car from the oil change they never bothered to wipe off my car. Its a wonder how they can oper more

I have been pleased with the customer service and quality of work and pricing at this business. The people were professional, work was done quickly and the prices were comparable. I will be going back and recommend them. Parking is sometimes a bit tight though more
