I honestly don't know how it is possible this place is still in business. I show up early after making an appointment, only to wait an hour for my car to be moved from one parking space to another. Half an hour later it went in to the shop, where it sat without anyone touching it for about another 20 minutes. All this time i waited for just an oil change. Oil change took another hour! I mean, what was the purpose of making an APPOINTMENT? It didn't matter to anyone there that I had other engagements and was now running very late. While i waited I found out I was not the only one. One of their regulars states this was pretty routine here. Finally when I go to cash out they hand me a list totaling $2000 in repairs they said needed to be done. Including a coolant flush which I just had done the prior month. To top it off, I have a oil stain in the driveway now from the access oil dripping off my car from the oil change they never bothered to wipe off my car. Its a wonder how they can oper
