I had been driving on my spare a few days, and needed tires quickly. I went in here and they quoted me 100 each for 4 dunlops plus service which they said was my cheapest option given my somewhat rare tire size. On my way driving in the next day, they said they got some other tires in instead from wanli. He said the Wanli were more expensive but they would honor the price still so I thought it sounded like a great deal. I sat there for over an hour, and saw a mechanic drop a clipboard off at the desk. The four guys in there were all too busy talking to notice. I sat there waiting and wondered if maybe my car was ready. I went up and checked the clipboard and yes, my car was ready but I had been sitting there for at least 5 minutes while one of the workers neglected to even look down at the clipboard to check it.
