Thank you for your wonderful service and staff. I managed to lock my keys in my car while the engine was running. My extra keys were at home in Dyersville, and I was at work in Dubuque. I knew it was a long shot but since I purchased my car at Finnin/Chrysler I hope your staff might be able to locate at extra key or some way of opening the doors. When I called your office Tonya was immediately understanding and willing to help. She said the service personnel might be able to assist me, especially since I work across the street from you at Slumberland. Scott was over in less than five minutes, despite the near blizzard conditions, and he had my door opened in no time. I offered to both Tonya and Scott to pay for the service call, but they refused saying it was a courtesy to a customer. I also offered to top Scott that was cheerfully refused. I can't say enough good things about your company.
