Bought a 2012 Kia Sorento that had tons of scratches on it and even after they have worked on it twice there are still scratches. Also, they kept messing up paperwork and the pric...

Bought a 2012 Kia Sorento that had tons of scratches on it and even after they have worked on it twice there are still scratches. Also, they kept messing up paperwork and the price kept going higher and higher than the original paperwork I signed. They told me I could bring it back in to have the scratches worked on AGAIN, just very frustrating... Don't think I'll buy from here again. more

I came to Finnin KIA because of April!she help me with my last SUV Chrysler Aspen.She knows what I like,If they still made the Aspen I would have had a hard time going somewhere else. April has always make me feel good,and willing to help me in any.I have only had my KIA Sorento for a couple of days,but I think it was the right choice!Thanks April more

Reasonable prices and a wonderful level of quality! 5/31/2011

April was a wonderful salesperson. She made suggestions when we wanted them and allowed us time to think when we wanted to. This is our second Kia from Mike Finnin, and if Kia can maintain their level of quality and keep their prices reasonable, we'll probably buy more! more

I was very satisfied with my car buying experience! April made sure that I drove off the lot with the vehicle that best fit my needs, and fit my budget! She kept in contact with me even though she had to leave town for meetings. I am very impressed with the entire staff at Finnin! Thank you for making this a great experience for me!! more

April and the staff at Mike Finnin Kia are the best in the business! I have purchased many vehicles over the years and I have never been treated so well. The whole transaction was done in a timely manner and they really went above and beyond to meet my needs and goals! The Borrego is wonderful and gets great fuel economy for a full sized V8 suv! more

I just drove home in my new/used car and what a thrill for me. Meeting you and your Finnin/Kia Family has indeed been a pleasure, plus a learning experience for me. It's hard to buy a car when you are over 70 and not up on the latest car advances and technical issues however, your patience in educating me and spending the better part of this week finding a fit for my wants and needs has been outstanding. When I signed my final papers and you took me to the service department to introduce me to the service people, I knew I was in good hands and my future car service needs would be taken care of. What? they will even come to my house and get my car? Fantastic!! Another ""special"" part of the Finnin Family car experience. A trust worthy place for ""us"" seniors. Thanks again April. more
