I was very satisfied with my car buying experience! April made sure that I drove off the lot with the vehicle that best fit my needs, and fit my budget! Your sales consultant, David Scott, worked with us to find, not just a vehicle, but the right vehicle for us. He made the process a very enjoyable experience. But your concern and involvement didn't end when we drove off the log. When we voiced our concern about several issues with the Kia, David took our concerns seriously and the tow of you worked with the service department to make it right. Something I have never experienced before. I must also commend your service department for their treatment of our concerns. They listened, asked questions and moved forward. they didn't try to minimize our concerns or offer excuses. more

Always taken care of everything 10/1/2010

I bought my car in December of 2009 from April. She has got to be one of the best sales persons that I have ever dealt with. She follows up with her customers. Their service department has called me every 2.5 months to remind me of my oil changes and to see if there was anything that they could do for me. When I was in an accident last month. They were the first place and only place that I called to fix my car. They have always taken care of everything that I have needed and then some. I can truly say that April and their staff go above and beyond. When I look for another car, I will truly go back and deal with April and their staff again. Oh, and I bought a 2008 Chevy Impala from them. I have never had such a GREAT buying experience and follow up care. more

Wonderful service and staff 9/27/2010

Thank you for your wonderful service and staff. I managed to lock my keys in my car while the engine was running. My extra keys were at home in Dyersville, and I was at work in Dubuque. I knew it was a long shot but since I purchased my car at Finnin/Chrysler I hope your staff might be able to locate at extra key or some way of opening the doors. When I called your office Tonya was immediately understanding and willing to help. She said the service personnel might be able to assist me, especially since I work across the street from you at Slumberland. Scott was over in less than five minutes, despite the near blizzard conditions, and he had my door opened in no time. I offered to both Tonya and Scott to pay for the service call, but they refused saying it was a courtesy to a customer. I also offered to top Scott that was cheerfully refused. I can't say enough good things about your company. more

April and the staff at Mike Finnin Kia are the best in the business! I have purchased many vehicles over the years and I have never been treated so well. The whole transaction was done in a timely manner and they really went above and beyond to meet my needs and goals! The Borrego is wonderful and gets great fuel economy for a full sized V8 suv! more

It has been a long time since we weren't treated like the red headed stepchild and given the bum's rush. You treated us with respect and dignity while showing true concern for our situration. This treatment went a long way in easing our minds. you took the time to walk us through the insurance maze we were facing. you told us what the insurance company wold do, and what you thought we should do in response. And then, and only then, did you begin the search of a vehicle that fit our needs. more
