It was my mom's birthday, and I had no clue what to get her. She works a lot and is always pushing her self to do more. So I thought that she deserved to be pampered to the fullest. I decided to get her a massage and manicure for here at Finishing Touch Spa. She loved it! it was her first time getting a massage and the staff made her feel very comfortable. I will continue to go to finishing touch spa for other services, because thy did great!! more

Best Hair Cut and Color 7/25/2008

I have had two great experiences using Finishing Touch Spa. I had my hair coloured and cut twice by Liz. She understood my needs well, dispite our age differences. She did a great job cutting and coloring my hair exactly the way I requested. She put in high and low lights twice and she made sure that my hair was styled the way I liked. The price is a little high, but well worth it. The customer service was good. Nice ambiance as well! Pros: Beautiful ambiance and services Cons: a little pricey, they overbooked her and I started a bit late more

The Finishing Touch offers great treatments at reasonable prices as well as a highly certified staff. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. I have been a client for a year now and I wish I had found it sooner. My esthetician, Wanda, is awesome at waxing and facials. I go to her every time for my brazilians. I will be returning soon to get a microdermabrasion from her. I have also gotten my hair colored and cut by many of the hair stylists, Jenn, Carly, Cheri, and Michaela, and have not been disappointed yet. In addition, their specials are the BEST I've ever seen from all of the salons and spas I have ever frequented. I highly recommend the Finishing Touch to people who are looking for fabulous services with a knowledgeable and fun staff! more

ultra relaxing 7/8/2008

I called at the last minute and got an appointment for a pedicure on a busy saturday. It was very relaxing and calm in the spa area and even though they were busy I didn't feel that the woman doing my pedicure was rushed in any way. Definitely telling friends and taking my mom also! The girls at the reception desk were very friendly! I liked the way they have you pick a polish color. All the colors are painted on a wheel so you can hold them up to your skin to match your skin tone. Pros: strip mall has good parking more

When I made my appointment I requested to have the promotional 50% off haircut and style as advertisted in their store and online. When I checked out I found out that I was booked with the wrong stylist and was told that I could not have my haircut and style at the originially agreed price of half off. The stylist then told me that I should make sure, next time, to tell the receptionist that I wanted the 50% deal. I reiterated that I did say I wanted the 50% deal when I called to schedule, she told me the best she could do was to give me a discount off the full price. All of that to say, this was an unpleasant experience, I was blamed for their mistake, and I got ripped off. My cut is okay, by no means great. I think Zumo Hair Studio is by far a better salon. more

I usually see Wanda and Jen, but everyone that the staff has recommended to me has been great. Sometimes the girls at the front desk are a little busy, but you get that at all good salons.
