favorite to relax with family 12/19/2009

My sister, daughter and I have gone to the spa together several times. We've had facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and mud baths. I've enjoyed all of the services, and so have my family. They have a hot tub you can relax in prior or after your treatments and you can order lunch, which you eat by the hot tub. The staff are down to earth and prices reasonable compared to other spas I've visited. Because of the staff and pricing, this is my favorite spa to date. more

Horrible pedicure experience 8/28/2009

I went here for a pedicure with about 10 other people last weekend. The staff was kind of snotty about us being there. My technician obviously wanted to be somewhere else as she hurried through my pedicure. I was done at least 15 minutes before everyone else. Someone from the front kept coming in the room and yelling at the girls for taking the color wheel away from the desk. I'm not exactly sure how we were supposed to pick our colors otherwise. Pretty distracting for what is supposed to be a relaxing experience. I feel like I could have gone to any of the cheaper Asian nail places and had a much better experience for much cheaper. Many of the people I went with complained that their polish job was already chipping after only a couple of days. Pretty disappointing! Pros: Specials (if you don't mind the service) Cons: Attitude of staff, end result more

I never made it past the phone call because the gal who answered the phone was so snippy and acted like I was bothering her by calling. Then I find out it was the owner! I know we all have our days, but don't answer the phone of a front desk when you do. I don't think I would want to go here if this is any indication of the treatment you will get on the other side of the phone. more

Nice place 5/22/2009

I was treated to a pedicure for my last birthday and it was pretty nice (although a bit expensive in my opinion), they have flavored water (cucumber, yum!), but they only had small foot baths. Otherwise it was nice, they even massage your calves with lotion. The girl doing my pedicure had really great hair, so I got her card and had her cut my hair later, and it was reasonably priced. more

Great Salon 4/16/2009

This salon has a great staff thet're all so friendly, I've been in for facials and eyebrow tints and they have done wonderful jobs so far! I am actually going in to try their salon on Friday for a Color and Cut! The ambiance is great, I love the interior of this building, the front doesn't do this salon justice. Overall, a great experience! Pros: firendly service, relaxing, great ambiance Cons: none that I could find more

Robin gives THE best massage and Ika is the authority on skincare! The girls at the front desk are friendly and helpful and the owner offers great specials. I tried out Finishing Touch for a girls' day out with a friend. We got manicures and pedicures, and had an awesome day! I had Mary, and she did a wonderful job. From the infused cucumber and lemon water when we arrived, to the friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere, everything was perfect--a great way to "get away" for the afternoon.
