I LOVE Fetch! 4/24/2011

I love this pet sitting service! Me and my husband love Ken and the way he works with our Pit Bull Deliyah and our two cats Betty and Wilma:)- He is very charismatic with our animals and genuinely loves what he does. We have used him over 3 times when we travel out of town and we are always kept up to date with pictures and text messages that seem to come from the animals themselves on how the pets are doing. It totally relaxes our minds and lets us have a great time when we are away. We were using another Pet service called Christina's critters and after 2 visits we were not pleased with the way the ""kids"" were treated and moved on and luckliy found Ken at Fetch. We can't say enough good stuff about them. When we return from our vacations there is always a friendly note to let us know how everything went and a report card for each pet to tell us who was naughty and who was nice and there is most often a treat for the animals as well as for us. AWESOME customer service and worth every penny you spend. more

Fetch Pet Care 11/4/2010

I have only good things to say about my experience with Fetch! Pet Care. My 4 month old puppy stayed with Ken and his two dogs while I was out of town. Being an extremely active and adventurous puppy, he played and ran and chased the other two dogs around to his heart's content. Ken also incorporated obedience training in to the daily walks. I found that when I came and picked him up he was pretty much potty trained; he had been well socialized to pack behavior; and was actually tired and the sweetest little puppy at the end of the day. Which was something I was never quite able to accomplish on my own. Whenever he comes back from doggy daycare with his sitter Tanya, he's happy and ready to fall asleep on my lap (again very uncharacteristic behavior from my usually hyperactive puppy who likes to live life at a frenetic pace). I'm glad that he's able to grow up in a nurturing environment, with people who deeply care about animals and understand their nature. As a novice dog owner, I absolutely trust Ken's advice about raising and training dogs and I absolutely trust Fetch! with the care of the little guy. more

Where to start! Professional and personal. The service is run by people who care deaply about what they do. Ken, the owner, takes great pride in providing the very best service. Previously we tried kennels, but this was always traumatic. Though we tried several, they would come back nervous with raw paws. We never knew how they were being cared for. Fetch solved our problems completely! Our dogs were completely at ease when we returned. We just loved the fact that they were able to stay in a home environment. We recieved regular updates monitoring their stay which was heart warming and removed all worries. In fact, on one night, because our dogs are afraid of thunder, Ken made an special trip late at night to stay with the dogs until the storms passed. We look forward to a long time relationship with Fetch Pet Care! What a relief! more

In Home Pet Care through a franchise - great service! 10/21/2010

I was totally surprised that a franchise existed for this type of business...especially when it's not a boarding facility. But then I thought about it - that means minimum training standards, full time employees, etc. - all good things for consistence and quality of pet care. Ken, the owner, returned my call within an hour, and came out in person with the pet care professional from his team that would most likely be working with me on an ongoing basis. They were both super professional, gave me both office and cell numbers right away, and offered to sign me up for daytime dog walking for the dates I already had in mind. Then I checked out their website - instead of my usual paranoid 4 pages of instructions, it asks all the questions right there so they have them on hand, no matter who is on call or who is providing pet care. While I have dogs and cats, apparently they care of other animals too - hugely important when you're covering Dripping Springs. :) And they have a number of different types of services - small group play dates to keep your dog socialized, one-on-one time, etc. I am psyched! No more calling 20 different people to see who comes out to Drip, who does overnights in home, etc. One stop shopping with professionals! more
