Where to start! Professional and personal. The service is run by people who care deaply about what they do. Ken, the owner, takes great pride in providing the very best service. Previously we tried kennels, but this was always traumatic. Though we tried several, they would come back nervous with raw paws. We never knew how they were being cared for. Fetch solved our problems completely! Our dogs were completely at ease when we returned. We just loved the fact that they were able to stay in a home environment. We recieved regular updates monitoring their stay which was heart warming and removed all worries. In fact, on one night, because our dogs are afraid of thunder, Ken made an special trip late at night to stay with the dogs until the storms passed. We look forward to a long time relationship with Fetch Pet Care! What a relief!
