Dropped my car off on a Wednesday, went out of town for a meeting. Returned to Charleston late on a Friday...they were able to take my payment over the phone and my car was fixed perfectly. It looked brand new. Quick, easy and perfect! more

Fender Mender deserves the highest ratings. They truly did an amazing job repairing the front end of my vehicle. The two ladies who scheduled the repair were very courteous and organized. John really went the extra distance in getting the job done in time and I'm so happy with it after driving it for a week. My car is very dear to me and is an older model that I keep in immaculate condition. John noticed that and gave me some advice about putting in a new windshield since the fine scratches from the windshield wiper blades were causing a glare in my old one. I went with it and asked for a high-quality glass and they did it for a very reasonable price. I felt like they really took care of my vehicle and I was so impressed with the job that I returned a week later to buy the crew donuts. I'd strongly recommend them. more

I called Fender Mender to schedule an appointment and I did not have to wait long before I was serviced. I have nothing negative to say about them at all since they performed their duties so well. Everything was super easy to deal with at Fender Mender. I basically walked in, and they had my file out and got me straight to a rental car. I was there for maybe 15 minutes when I dropped my car off. They were really quick with the repairs. With the one little delay that we did have, they were great at communicating with me and keeping me updated on everything. more

Fender Mender really did an excellent job on my car. It came back looking brand new. I couldn't be happier; I'd tell the world about it. Someone backed out of a parking lot and crashed into my vehicle. When I tried to drive it my tire was scraping. So I called them up and they brought a wrecker out and picked up my car when I wanted them to and took it back to the shop. A rental car place and an insurance place were right in there with the paint shop next door. So it was all really convenient. I had never used them before. I worked with John at Fender Mender and he took care of me. I really didn't have to do a whole lot. He called me when they got my car, checked it in, and told me what the damage was and how long it would take. It took a little longer for them to finish it, but they also did some other repairs I hadn't realized I needed done. So they went above and beyond what they should have done. They're really great. They had so much business when I went in there. There wasn't one bay that was empty. I really thought it was going to take them a lot longer. I thought I had made a mistake going there. It ended up taking a couple days, but it was a lot less time than I was thinking. I think they're 100 percent trustworthy. There was nothing wrong with my car when I got in the accident, but it looks even better now than it did before. Starting with the insurance guys down to Fender Mender, I felt really taken care of. more

It's been five years since Fender Mender had fixed my wrecked SUV. They did an excellent job with that substantial repair and assured us that all work was guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. We recently had an electrical problem with the windows and brought it in to be investigated. Henry said that if it was part of their initial work, there would be no charge for any parts or labor. Within 30 minutes, he called me back saying they found and fixed the problem. No charge (even after five years). Once again, they have exceeded my expectations. Well Done!! Where to start...they were suppose to hook up headlights and signals when I got my car back thedaylights will not work the signals werent working..they wired sumthn wrong and now its killing my battery. When I took it back they will not take responsibilty for it. They said I will have to pay diaognostic fees! Then the guy that came out to put a new bulb in signal had his hands all over the bulb. When ur not suppose to touch it! They might do body work but forget it if u need ur light hooked up more

Fender Mender worked on two cars for me. They fixed damage on my truck and they fixed damage on my daughter-in-law's car. They did an excellent job on both. The work they did was exactly what they told me they would be doing. more

My wife and I, just want to say "thank you" again, to all the wonderful people at Fender Mender who helped us during our recent vacation in Charleston when our stay was interrupted by an accident which caused us to need body repair work done before we could return home. Everyone who assisted us, Tom, John, Jovie and others were understanding, helpful and professional. We could not have asked for better treatment or for our Toyota to be repaired in a more excellent condition. Our insurance cOmpany recommended Fender Mender to us after we were in a car accident with our 2011 vehicle. After having our vehicle for 1 week they called stating it was ready to be picked up. Needless to say they did a horrible job and tried to pawn it off acting like they had done a stellar job. WRONG! They installed parts wrong, left parts off the car all together, left cracks in the paint, and the list goes on and on. We had to have another auto body shop fix their mistakes. Horrible company! more

as I stated when i picked up my vehicle this afternoon...the geico interface through the adjuster and then replacement adjuster and then supervisor was less than satisfactory...no call backs. I called 3-4 times and it was obvious that fell thru the loops. In addition, i had asked the adjuster if it was possible to touch up additional marks on the car when they had the paint mixed..he assured me it would be done...but obviously failed to relate request to fender mender.... bottom line: the quality of work seems fine.. the communication between Geico personnel and fender mender and me was sorely lacking. I was told the car would be ready on 2 different calls i initiated, only to discover that the office was closed on Saturday. more
