Fender Mender really did an excellent job on my car. It came back looking brand new. I couldn't be happier; I'd tell the world about it. Someone backed out of a parking lot and crashed into my vehicle. When I tried to drive it my tire was scraping. So I called them up and they brought a wrecker out and picked up my car when I wanted them to and took it back to the shop. A rental car place and an insurance place were right in there with the paint shop next door. So it was all really convenient.
I had never used them before. I worked with John at Fender Mender and he took care of me. I really didn't have to do a whole lot. He called me when they got my car, checked it in, and told me what the damage was and how long it would take. It took a little longer for them to finish it, but they also did some other repairs I hadn't realized I needed done. So they went above and beyond what they should have done. They're really great.
They had so much business when I went in there. There wasn't one bay that was empty. I really thought it was going to take them a lot longer. I thought I had made a mistake going there. It ended up taking a couple days, but it was a lot less time than I was thinking.
I think they're 100 percent trustworthy. There was nothing wrong with my car when I got in the accident, but it looks even better now than it did before. Starting with the insurance guys down to Fender Mender, I felt really taken care of.
