My first experience with water heater problems. I researched to get a ballpark idea of what things would cost and the quote Charlie gave me was not the best but was pretty close. What sold me was the thorough breakdown of costs and procedures (many of which are optional) and the availability of a temp heater at a reasonable charge so that I had plenty of time to open up, dry out and restore the damaged area. When that was complete, Charlie came back out, put the new heater and things were good. Nice guy and interesting to talk with too! more

The technicians (Mark and Charlie) called to inform me the specific time when they would arrive. They are very knowledgeable and familiar with updated city codes for water heater. Charlie Cron was our tech, he not only did a awesome job he was friendly and knowledgeable. I would and already have recommended Fast water heater co. to friends. Sears the day of the install informed me that the water heater was no longer available and i would have to reorder another heater. This was monday and i placed the first order thursday. During that time we had no hot water. I cancelled with Sears and went direct. Now I'm glad things turned out the way they did! more

Old water heater was replaced within 24 hours of initial call and the installation was brought up to the latest city codes and standards. Installer showed up early so there was plenty of time to fix/install all unexpected repairs and modification to the installation. He also kept the job site clean. Fast Water Heater took care of all necessary permit from the city. All we had to do was to schedule an inspection. This was the most worry-free water heater replacement I have ever done. I highly recommend Fast Water Heater Co. for all water heater replacement or plumbing repairs. more

Our water heater began to leak and we felt it was best to have it replaced as soon as possible. I purchased my water heater from home depot and had Fast Water Heater Company install it. Home Depot wanted an absurd amount of money to do the work. I called around and found Fast Water Heater Company to be the most reasonable and had a pleasant experience with "BRET" on the phone. I explained to Bret that I was on a tight budget and offered details on the issue i was having with my water heater. He gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled the appointment. The technician was running a bit late and I received a call promptly from Bret to let me know that he would be arriving late and to see if it was still ok or if we should reschedule. I really appreciated the callback. We rescheduled for the following day. They even called me to let me know the technician was on his way. "CHAD" arrived on time and went into detail about the installation of the water heater. Chad was very thorough on every part of the process. He did an amazing job and I was very impressed with the work done. I don't have one single complaint about the company. Chad was awesome and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.They even removed my old water heater, disposed of it and cleaned up the entire area. What I appreciated the most was how honest these guys were. I mentioned that I was on a tight budget and they offered the best suggestions for what I could pay for. In the end I spent a little more. Not because they tried selling me anything but because the advice they dispensed was accurate and related to my problem. I really appreciated that. Thanks Chad for your hard work. more

Good: They were on time and called 30 minutes before hand to confirm the appt. Tech said it would take two hours to put in the new water heater and he was right on the mark. Very friendly guy.. My water heater blew Friday morning at 6:50AM 5 minutes after I had left for work. Fast Water Heater's Mark was out to our house that evening, explained everything that was going to happen, and how much it cost, stayed until it was finished, and took the old one. With two young children it was important to get the hot water back quickly. Mark knew what he was doing and most courteous. I would hire them again. more

As a former remodeling contractor, I was most pleased by the water heater installation performed by Chad Cron...in a driving rain...on an unprotected exterior wall...while getting soaked! The installers came on time, were very knowledgeable about code, permits, etc and even pointed out the horrible job of the company who installed the leaky hot water heater we had (which was totally true). They installed a new hot water quite quickly and did a thorough job, cleaned up after themselves, and were gone. They were very curteous, professional, and nice people. I would call them again. more
