My first experience with water heater problems. I researched to get a ballpark idea of what things would cost and the quote Charlie gave me was not the best but was pretty close. What sold me was the thorough breakdown of costs and procedures (many of which are optional) and the availability of a temp heater at a reasonable charge so that I had plenty of time to open up, dry out and restore the damaged area. When that was complete, Charlie came back out, put the new heater and things were good. Nice guy and interesting to talk with too!
