Fast Water Heater is very fast! 10/8/2010

I called the Fast Water Heater Company and they were able to come out and replace my water heater the same day! Now that is fast! They removed and replaced my water heater in under two hours. I was very impressed with their service and speed. more

Quick, Professional, Reliable and Quality Service 10/7/2010

I had a 22-year old, 40 gallon, gas water heater die on me and called late at night to schedule servioe for a replacement unit. 24 hours later, I had a new unit and hot water. The technicians, Chad and Ben were great! They did a fantastic job from start to finish, never a hard sell and all the code requirements were explained to me. I highly recommend FAST WATER HEATER COMPANY and if you can get Chad and Ben to do your installation, I would suggest you ask for them. I'm sure all the workers in this company are as professional as they are. more

Good: very knowledgeable about the new laws & regulations on hot water heaters. Bad: helpful, knowledgeable and clean. Improvements: NONE...continue their relationship with Sear.. Other: if you are in need of a hot water heater installation company I would use this company again. Not a handyman!!. more

Water Heater Replacement Installation 6/4/2010

1) Derrick Cron the Fast Water Heater installer went over all the changes in the Encinitas water heater codes. 2) Derrick worked alone but was very good installing the new Kenmore Power Miser 9 water heater. 3) Before leaving he verified that everything was done to my satisfaction. more

Water Heater Installation 5/31/2010

Fast Water Heater company did an excellent job replacing my broken water heater. They arranged same day installation, got a permit and made everything up to the code. Service Technician Derek was extremely courteus and answered all my questions. Really professional job! Thanks! more

Water softener installation 5/20/2010

Fast Water Heater install a water softener that I purchased from Sears. In all my dealings with service companies I have never had service like I received today from this company. from the telephone receptionist to the installer, these are the most courteous and efficient people that I have ever dealt with. thank you Fast water Cecil more

Although the company charged me over a $1,200 to bring my heater to code, I am very pleased with their work. They were very efficient, concerned that the job was done right. Was surprised to find out the techs were brothers (Chad & Derck Cron). I would definitly recommend this company to anyone needing to have a water heater installed. Very expensive but I feel it was worth it more

Great Service 4/1/2010

Fast Water Heater did a great job installing our new water heater. They came right away, and stayed late so that we would have hot water. We needed some upgrades, and they clearly explained what was required. The city inspector was pleased with our installation. I recommend this company completely. They do a professional job, and are friendly and helpful also. more

The company provided fast professional service when installing my new water heater. Chad Cron was very courteous and helpful when the wrong tank size was ordered, securing the right size and installing it with minimum delay. He went over all the installation recommendations thoroughly and without applying any pressure do optional work. more

Good: The attitude and service of the installer, the looks of the water heater and the work of the water heater.. Bad: There wasn't anything I didn't like, the installer was great and the water heater works good.. Improvements: Absolutely none. The work was great and the water heater looks great.. Other: Chad did a great and efficent job of installing my water heater. I couldn't have had a better job done.. more
