Our water heater began to leak and we felt it was best to have it replaced as soon as possible. I purchased my water heater from home depot and had Fast Water Heater Company install it. Home Depot wanted an absurd amount of money to do the work. I called around and found Fast Water Heater Company to be the most reasonable and had a pleasant experience with "BRET" on the phone. I explained to Bret that I was on a tight budget and offered details on the issue i was having with my water heater. He gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled the appointment. The technician was running a bit late and I received a call promptly from Bret to let me know that he would be arriving late and to see if it was still ok or if we should reschedule. I really appreciated the callback. We rescheduled for the following day. They even called me to let me know the technician was on his way. "CHAD" arrived on time and went into detail about the installation of the water heater. Chad was very thorough on every part of the process. He did an amazing job and I was very impressed with the work done. I don't have one single complaint about the company. Chad was awesome and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.They even removed my old water heater, disposed of it and cleaned up the entire area. What I appreciated the most was how honest these guys were. I mentioned that I was on a tight budget and they offered the best suggestions for what I could pay for. In the end I spent a little more. Not because they tried selling me anything but because the advice they dispensed was accurate and related to my problem. I really appreciated that. Thanks Chad for your hard work.
