Purchased a new toilet from Home Depot and paid for the installation where I was connected to Fast Water Heater Company to do the install. I called Monday to set up an appointment was given first available for Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday morning the technician James Labasan called about timing. Unbelievably nice! I told him I was running between driving my kid to school then taking my husband to a post surgery dr appt and having a small party that night. True story, he was headed to a different job, turned his van around one town away after hearing my sap story and came immediately as that was basically my "free" time all day and the other job was able to wait an hour. He was efficient, knowledgable, clean and kind. No mess, no fuss, no hassle, just a new working toilet! I appreciate beyond words the feeling of mattering to a business/technician and anyone who has had the run around with a bad one can relate. 10 stars for James! Thank you so much!!
