Worst company ever!!!!! It's been two days now without hot water. They installed a brand new water heater less than 2 months ago and it stopped working. Called yesterday morning to get an emergency repair since this is an apartment building with multiple families impacted and they don't want to provide service. They are taking there time and the people on the phone behave like it's no consequence. They put in a faulty unit! Don't use them if you want responsive service. I used Pioneer Plumming to install a water heater in my home two years ago, and it only took 3 hours for them to install a new water heater. I really made a mistake in using Home Depot and Fast Water Heater Company for our apartment building. I thought they would do a better job!
