Fast Track Complete Car Care

I've been using Fast Track Complete Car Care for about five or six years. I was very pleased with them the first time I used them, and that's what got me as a permanent customer. The first time I used them, the part they needed ordered was over $300 dollars, and I gave them the OK to order it. They were going to do the work, but then the guy called me and said, "Hey, good news! We don't actually need that part." They had rewired such and such, so they figured out the problem. Most companies would have just said, "This guy doesn't know what the difference is. Just tell him you put the part in since he already gave the OK, and he'll never know the difference." They didn't do that. Instead they alerted me to the fact it wasn't needed, and they ate the $300 dollars and kept the part. I was very pleased with their honesty. Time wise, they always do what they say they are going to do. There is a great deal of honesty there. There only reason I rated them with some "fours" is the last time I was there, they replaced headlight bulb for me, but it shines up into the sky instead of down to the road. I was to lazy to go back until the next inspection to get it fixed. Otherwise I'm very pleased with them, and I intend to keep using them. more

Fast Track was an efficient company. They were smooth, smart and very knowledgeable in what they were doing. I was just impressed with how quickly they finished the job and I plan on recommending them to others soon. more

I took my car in to Fast Track about a year ago. I had it inspected and they also performed an oil change. Overall they did a fantastic job, there were no problems. more

Fast Track Complete Car Care does an okay job, but there have been times I thought they could do more. They don't exactly go the extra mile. Maybe they could let people know when there is more that could be fixed, or at least offer more options. more

The guy Jim in the service center is so rude. My Goodyear card wouldn't work and we called Goodyear, and they kept telling him that they weren't receiving the payment on their end. He threw a hissy fit basically, and acted totally unprofessional (this isn't the first time he has done this). I have gone to Fast Track for about six years now (spent probably over $10,000 in all these years), and since their old service guy Brian left the place just went downhill. It's ironic enough that FastTrack were the same people who signed me up for the GoodYear card, it seems like they need to update the system on their end, and have a number to call when they are having a problem processing a payment, rather then flying off the handle and having a temper tantrum. NEVER AGAIN more

I went into Fast Track Complete Car Care to evaluate a paint defect on my door. It went well. I've been there many times before and they are always very courteous. It's in my neighborhood. They normally take care of my auto inspections and oil changes. I would recommend them. more

Fast Track Complete Car Care have done all kinds of work for me. I've been a customer for years from back when they were Pontiac Dealers and Oldsmobile Dealers, which is a while back. One of the guys that worked down there who isn't there anymore, I got to know him pretty well and I knew I could depend on him. So I was going there for quite a while. I feel like I can trust the people that work there. I've got three cars and at some time or another, I've had them all in there. I'm satisfied with the quality of work they do. I'll be going in there shortly for an oil change on my Jeep. more

I have the type of car that I need to bring in to Fast Track Complete Car Care every other month, it seems. I'm always in there for one thing or another. They don't inform you of anything you didn't bring your car in for. But as far as the repairs they're focusing on, they've always done very well for me. I haven't had any problems. more

Brian and Russ have always been great to deal with. It feels good to know that when I call and say there is a problem, they both will do what they need to do to get me in quickly. Then when the vehicle is in the mechanics are great and find the problem and service is done in a timely manner. I would not go any where else for service on my Pontiac. The shuttle service was convenient for my last visit. I was able to get things done at home while my vehicle was being serviced. It's just a shame the shuttle service is not operating on Saturdays. more

Wen in because my passenger side wiper blade was not working. They found that it turned out to be the wiper transmission was not seated properly. I was very pleased with the speed of the repair, but I feel it was a little too expensive for just tightening a few bolts. more
