The guy Jim in the service center is so rude. My Goodyear card wouldn't work and we called Goodyear, and they kept telling him that they weren't receiving the payment on their end. He threw a hissy fit basically, and acted totally unprofessional (this isn't the first time he has done this). I have gone to Fast Track for about six years now (spent probably over $10,000 in all these years), and since their old service guy Brian left the place just went downhill. It's ironic enough that FastTrack were the same people who signed me up for the GoodYear card, it seems like they need to update the system on their end, and have a number to call when they are having a problem processing a payment, rather then flying off the handle and having a temper tantrum. NEVER AGAIN
