I've been using Fast Track Complete Car Care for about five or six years. I was very pleased with them the first time I used them, and that's what got me as a permanent customer.
The first time I used them, the part they needed ordered was over $300 dollars, and I gave them the OK to order it. They were going to do the work, but then the guy called me and said, "Hey, good news! We don't actually need that part." They had rewired such and such, so they figured out the problem.
Most companies would have just said, "This guy doesn't know what the difference is. Just tell him you put the part in since he already gave the OK, and he'll never know the difference." They didn't do that. Instead they alerted me to the fact it wasn't needed, and they ate the $300 dollars and kept the part. I was very pleased with their honesty.
Time wise, they always do what they say they are going to do. There is a great deal of honesty there. There only reason I rated them with some "fours" is the last time I was there, they replaced headlight bulb for me, but it shines up into the sky instead of down to the road. I was to lazy to go back until the next inspection to get it fixed. Otherwise I'm very pleased with them, and I intend to keep using them.
