I took my car in to Fast Track about a year ago. I had it inspected and they also performed an oil change. Overall they did a fantastic job, there were no problems.

The guy Jim in the service center is so rude. My Goodyear card wouldn't work and we called Goodyear, and they kept telling him that they weren't receiving the payment on their en...

Great Customer Service 11/21/2011

Brian Metizler provides great customer service! Will answer questions if I don't seem to understand all that is needed for repairs. I don't know much about the mechanics who perform the job, but so far haven't had an issue. more

I always take my car there for everything, because Bryan always gives me the best customer service anytime I have a problem. Bryan is a major assetto your company!! Bryan always tries hard to schedule an appointment for you as soon as possible when it is convenient for the customer. He is always there to listen to the problems and greets you with a smile. He always lets you know when something is do to be done on your car and if you want it done they do it the same day you take it in for a problem. more

The work was done quickly and completely. Parts were ordered and also quickly installed. I can always get a ride home and the customer service people are friendly,courteous and they let me know what is going on. more

I'm very pleased with FasTrack. I can always call over there and usually they'll work with me on getting an appointment that will meet my needs. I have even called for last minute appointments and they find a way to squeeze me in. They are also very proactive with any additional things they find wrong with the vehicle, never pressuring me to buy things, but recommending what to do. more

It's completely because of Brian that I keep going back to Fastrack Complete Car Care! He cares. He is honest and anything he tells me I know is the truth and needs to be done or we can wait on. more
