Farrey's Wholesale Hardware Co Inc

I ordered a light online from Farreys.com. I almost didn't order it because of some of the reviews about backorders. They had the best price though so I called and they said it would ship in 2 days so I went ahead and placed the order. I placed the order on Tuesday mid-day and the light was in my mailbox on Thursday!!! AND, I saved about $25!!! Thanks Farreys!!! more

Inexcusable remarks on employee from Farrey?s\r \r I have read the remarks on the employees from Farrey?s and I think that the comment that was given was inexcusable. First to call someone out by name is just wrong. This is the job of a person. Second I have had services from Farrey?s and yes sometimes the place can be crazy but at the end I do get what I needed and at a good price. \r \r People we need to remember that when a comment is written on these site and most of them are negative it could do some hard to the person you are calling out. If you are not happy fine express it but don?t defame the person?s name.\r \r It would also be nice to see good comments because I know they are out their.\r \r First Good comment: I have had services from the employee by the name of Carlos and he was very helpful to me. I did have to wait for a while for him to help me because he was with another customer but when he had to attend to me he dedicated the time that I needed and wasn?t r more

The lack of service and rudeness I just experienced with Carlos at the Coconut Grove location was horrifying! I am a customer and will be purchasing a Duravit Starck tub (which they have on display). I don't yet have the tub on site but needed the measurement of the upper lip of the tub for my plumber. Carlos rudely refused to provide me with the measurement and instead suggested that the Duravit representative go there in person to take the measurements because he didn't have time to provide them if I didn't already purchase the tub from him. He then asked that I take a trip (another trip) myself. He was so rude I could not believe what I was hearing. Carlos' lack of sensitivity and care towards the customer was disgusting. I still have to purchase many items for my remodeling and my husband is in the electrical trade, however, as long as Carlos is there, we will NEVER go to the Coconut Grove store again. I have contacted the Duravit Rep. who has been wonderful throughout my remode more

I have never seen such a bad service before and lack of attention. Very disappointed! I went today to the store in Coconut Grove to make a purchase of 2 products that were already defined and left the store with my empty hands as Farrey's doesn't deserve my money. Shame on the incompetent staff working there! Including the sluggish/inert manager that was unable to give a reasonable explanation to all the problems I had during my visit to the store... including 1 hour waiting with my visible pregnant wife. She said they were having a busy day due to the savings promotion... shouldn't had her considered having more people this day? What kind of response is this? No one to turn on the lights that I was interested in (which were not on promotion and, therefore, more expensive). Maybe Farrey's really needs to make promotions to sell as it cannot rely on its personnel... Wish them the best luck! They will need it! more

Farreys has been an institution in South Florida for over 80 years. They have an impressive and extensive collection of lighting fixtures for your home or business and they truly know they?re stuff. I bought wall sconces for my den from them and they are truly gorgeous. The prices truly run the gamut from everyday to extraordinary but you are guaranteed to find something to suit your budget or taste. more
