Best tree service!!! Tim, Jen, Lawrence and Chris are just wonderful people. Their crew would always come on time and work efficiently. When they were cutting down my trees or doing any stump removal/grinding, they took great care of my property and also the neighbors' property. After the work was completed, they left the place clean. The many times I have had them come to remove trees for me, my yard would always look better after they were done. Not only did they clear the debris from my yard, they would also remove the debris from the road so as not to inconvenience my neighbors. The crew was very courteous and friendly. Compared to other tree services in town, they gave the best estimates. What I like most about this company is that they are really good at what they do and they really care about their customers. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! more

Got 3 Estimates to have 4 trees removed. Wooten Tree & Grading wanted $3400 and Leaf & Limb Tree Service (who should be called Arm and a Leg) asked for $4,000!!! . Finally Arbormax did it for $1600!!! When I asked LL how did they justify $2400 more for the same job, they insult your intelligence by saying that the other guys must be doing something illegal like not carrying Liability Insurance. Charging $1,000 per tree is what's criminal. Not only did Arbormax carry Liability insurance, they did the job right with a small army of men in 3 Hrs. L&L needed two days and Wooten needed a week! Arbormax is hands down the best tree service out there. Courteous, professional and reasonably priced. more

We were hit hard by the tornado in April. We had over 150 trees taken out by the winds. Tim who is the owner of Arbormax was in our neighborhood less than an hour after the tornado hit. With in an hour after his arrival, he had at least 30 guys and 10 trucks on our street. Over the next two days they removed trees from 12 houses with their crane. Thats not the impressive part. Whats impressive is the way they refused to take any money until the insurance company paid us. Tim was able to absorb my deductible too. I always thought that my insurance company would take care of me if something went wrong. That wasn't the case. The only way they pay for tree removal. Is if it hits your house, shed or fence. Tim knew this. He knew exactly how to handle the insurance company. When it was all said and done with. All of my trees were cleaned up, the stumps were ground and it didn't cost me a dime. Tim is absoloutley, positively the best arborist ever. Thank you so much Arbormax more

We just had our tree removal service performed today and it was excellent. They got here right on time and got to work asap. We had a total of 12 trees cut down and they were all close to the house and each was well over 100 feet tall. The crew used a crane to take them all out and showed due care to prevent any damage to the property. The foreman was friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. He went to great measures to ensure we were happy and satisfied throughout the day. They did need to use the neighbor's driveway for some of the work, but they asked permission first, and went to great lengths to clean it up. When they left the neighbor's property, you could not even tell they were there. They even pressure washed the driveway for them (They borrowed mine though) Other people said they were slow with call backs and I will confirm that, but they came when they said they would and did a phenomenal job. The stump grinder was supposed to come later, but at our request he showed up early and worked into dark to finish up. We had estimates from about 12 different tree companies and there was no one even close to their estimate. We were worried at first until we found out they would use a crane. A lot of crews wanted to drop the trees on our property and would damage the yard. These guys left my yard unscathed and looking great. Take this from me, I never write reviews, so if you need tree work done, I would absolutely recommend ArborMax. more

We had three companies come out to look at our wooded backyard and I felt the most comfortable and confident with Arbormax. They took down 32 trees and opened up out backyard beautifully! Arbormax provided excellent service. Our Pine was enormous and situated awkwardly between a fence and my house. Other companies recommended taking down the fence and having to use my neighbors yard to park their truck. Arbormax was able to remove the tree by hand without disturbing my property or my neighbor's. The entire process only took a couple of hours, including the stump grinding. Excellent service, great price and awesome crew. Highly recommended. more

However, due to the fact we had 23 pines that needed to removed (thanks to the southern pine beetle) I then looked futher into this company. I was very satisfied we had then made the right decision. That satisfaction didn't come close to what I witnessed the day Arbormax arrived. The crew was professional, respectful, and obviously skilled in their trade. They moved swiftly, accurately, and by day's end all the large pines had been taken down, lumber and debri removed. The following morning the stumps were ground and our property actually looks incredible. The foreman 'Chris' was awesome and it was clear the crew that was here respected his authority. We have had neighbors that have even commented on skill and professionalism they witnessed.
