Review content:
We were hit hard by the tornado in April. We had over 150 trees taken out by the winds. Tim who is the owner of Arbormax was in our neighborhood less than an hour after the tornado hit. With in an hour after his arrival, he had at least 30 guys and 10 trucks on our street. Over the next two days they removed trees from 12 houses with their crane. Thats not the impressive part. Whats impressive is the way they refused to take any money until the insurance company paid us. Tim was able to absorb my deductible too. I always thought that my insurance company would take care of me if something went wrong. That wasn't the case. The only way they pay for tree removal. Is if it hits your house, shed or fence. Tim knew this. He knew exactly how to handle the insurance company. When it was all said and done with. All of my trees were cleaned up, the stumps were ground and it didn't cost me a dime. Tim is absoloutley, positively the best arborist ever. Thank you so much Arbormax
