Fantasy Bridal

I went to Fantasy Bridal all by my lonesome. Very upset that I had to go alone- the staff made me feel like I was shopping for a dress with my girlfriends. They even went as far as to take pictures of me in the dress I did finally choose. The seamstress is an older woman and could not be more sweet. I am having straps sewn on my gown and couldn't be more pleased with the services I have received from Fantasy Bridal. As with any company there are disgruntled employees but its your own personal attitude that determines your experience. I work at a catering company and every bride that comes in I recommend to Fantasy. more

I am the wedding planner and sister of the groom. The way that the bridesmaids and the bride (when she called and spoke with the manager) were treated once the dresses arrived is appalling! I have never heard of or seen such a business run so badly. One of the bridesmaids lives 40 minutes away and was not able to make it to the store in time on a weekday to pick up her dress and get fitted. She was told that they only do alterations on certain days, yet when she went to pick up her dress (not on an alterations day) she was offered to have it fitted. She refused the services because of how she was treated prior to arriving. The bridesmaids were charged for a plus size dress when none of them are plus sized. When the bride called to discuss this point, the manager hung up on her. Another one of the maids went to pick up her dress and was also treated badly. My experience with Fantasy Bridal was amazing!! I had been to several stores looking for my "perfect dress" frustrated I walked into the store and immediately had the full attention of the sales lady, my mom picked out dresses while the lady helped me put the heavy dresses on. She was so wonderful and was so nice. I not only found the dress of my dreams, but everything I needed including my accessories! I would highly recommend this store to anyone who wants first class service and with reasonable prices! more

I went to this store for a specific designer, and found a dress I loved. After the 12 weeks it took to come I found out the girl had decided I was between sizes and ordered the SMALLER one. The woman helping me at my first fitting then proceeded to tell me that I'd gained weight, which I knew for a fact I hadn't. Sure enough, checking my measurements they were the same. Next, the sales people had repeatedly lied to me about the capabilities of their alterations, so the seamstress informed me that they couldn't do anywhere near the quality of work I wanted done. She (seamstress) said they would never advertise that they could do that, and within ten minutes another sales girl came over and told me they could do anything I could dream up. When the seamstress came back I thought she was going to hit her. Anyway, I'm in the process of getting a refund. I would stay far away from here if I were you. more

The store is not well organized. You enter and they greet you and show you around the store. You are informed of the 5 item limit and they assist you in selecting 5 dresses and show you a fitting room, then the representative walks away. They do not offer any help in trying the dresses on, remember these dresses are heavy and bulky. When I was there, all I received from the representative were scoldings: I did not put the dress correct in the hanger, I could not have more then 5 dresses outside the fitting room , if she was there she could put them back in the racks.I went there because it was highly recommended by two friends. I told them my experience and they called the store manage/owner, who was just as rude as her employee. I called the store manager/owner and stated to her what had had happened and she said that her employee told her, so she knew the whole story. I came to here from Sacto, California. I needed a modest wedding dress, and they were the ONLY bridal store that I could find that had a modest dress in my size! They had about a dozen and a half dresses that I could try on, and I ended up finding the one of my dreams! Every other store said that they could "order it in your size", but I wanted to try it on. The salesladies are the best, and they treat you like you're the only bride that they've ever helped out. They also had all the other things that I needed. I ended up buying my dress, my dress bag, and my petticoat before leaving this store. Overall, a wonderful experience.! more
