I went to this store for a specific designer, and found a dress I loved. After the 12 weeks it took to come I found out the girl had decided I was between sizes and ordered the SMALLER one. The woman helping me at my first fitting then proceeded to tell me that I'd gained weight, which I knew for a fact I hadn't. Sure enough, checking my measurements they were the same. Next, the sales people had repeatedly lied to me about the capabilities of their alterations, so the seamstress informed me that they couldn't do anywhere near the quality of work I wanted done. She (seamstress) said they would never advertise that they could do that, and within ten minutes another sales girl came over and told me they could do anything I could dream up. When the seamstress came back I thought she was going to hit her. Anyway, I'm in the process of getting a refund. I would stay far away from here if I were you.
