I was the MOH in my friend's wedding. Working with this store was an absolute nightmare from day one when all the bridesmaids were charged extra for plus sized dresses (even though we aren't plus sized). Once the dresses arrived, and I called to schedule my fitting, I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with the same woman who overcharged us. I explained that I live about an hour away and requested a weekend appointment. She was so rude and unaccomodating and basically told me off! She told me they only do fittings on weekdays (which is impossible for me, as I'm sure it is for many working people), and said that I can pick the dress up and have it done elsewhere. When I went to pick it up (on a Saturday), I noticed that they were, in fact, doing fittings. I asked about it and was told that those spots were saved for out of towners (what am I then?). They then offered to do my fitting, right then and there, if I was ""really so upset about it"" (without my shoes or underclothes). I refused and took my business (and money) elsewhere and boy am I glad I did! Only one of the 4 bridesmaids actually had them alter her dress and they screwed up the top so badly (the bridesmaid looked like she had 4 breasts!) the bride had to have extra fabric overnighted to have it fixed by my tailor- with one week left to the wedding! The worst part of our experience is when the bride called to complain about how I was treated. Turns out, the nasty woman I dealt with was the manager! She told the bride, basically, that it's not her problem, blamed it all on me, made her cry, then hung up on her! Seriously! We gave that store $900 worth of our business and this is how we got treated! The way I see it, if a store has customer service this appaling, they don't deserve customers.
Cons: the manager, the revolving staff, awful customer service
