I am the wedding planner and sister of the groom. The way that the bridesmaids and the bride (when she called and spoke with the manager) were treated once the dresses arrived is appalling! I have never heard of or seen such a business run so badly. One of the bridesmaids lives 40 minutes away and was not able to make it to the store in time on a weekday to pick up her dress and get fitted. She was told that they only do alterations on certain days, yet when she went to pick up her dress (not on an alterations day) she was offered to have it fitted. She refused the services because of how she was treated prior to arriving. The bridesmaids were charged for a plus size dress when none of them are plus sized. When the bride called to discuss this point, the manager hung up on her. Another one of the maids went to pick up her dress and was also treated badly.
