I found a wedding dress I liked. They ordered it. They called back a week or so later and told me they couldn't order it but I could have the floor model. I wanted to get it fitted then, they said to wait until 4 - 6 weeks before the wedding. I came back about week 5 and they said they were 7 - 8 weeks out and they could not alter it for me. I would have thought a phone call warning - "we're filling up, could you come in sooner" - would have been nice...\r
In speaking to my aunt about my experience, she mentioned her daughter in law purchased her dress from the same place and they forgot to hem it for her and she had to wear it long.
