I was the MOH in my friend's wedding (see post above from the wedding planner), and let me give the third side to the story. We are not a group of bridesmaids out to seek petty revenge. We didn't expect to be treated like princesses- we're grown woman who expected to be treated with a basic level of customer service. Instead, we were treated absolutely appalingly, gave the store every opportunity to correct the multiple issues, and at every point we were told off by the manager- and that's not an exaggeration! We simply want to prevent another bride from having the same experience we did- no bride or bridal party deserves to be treated that way. \r
