I have never had to wait very long with them,yes the phone system leaves a lot to be desired but Dr George is a 10 she has a eye for moles like you wouldn't believe, and skin cancers. I have moved out of the area and drive an hour just to see her. I did notice today when I called I got a person that answered the phone right away, so they must be reading the reviews. She is tops and I highly recommend her. more

Everytime you call you get a automated service and sometimes no one picks up - the staff who answer and take appts are very rude-I got into it with one of them before-DR is great though-super nice-so you have to weigh out the pros and the cons-sometimes the wait in the lobby is super long Pros: Dr is super nice more

You call them to get an appt and the phone is never picked up sometimes.. It some sort of answering center. When they do you usually get a foreign person who speaks very little english and it takes some time to get an appt even for an existing client. I went to the office and asked for an appt (in Cartersville) and the girl, yes I said girl, at the desk was among the laziest, rudest person I have ever met.. I called to complain about the service and was told to pick up my records. I have used this practice for years and this is what they do to you.. I hope and pray that someone will hold their staff accountable in Cartersville because I am taking my business to Marietta Dermatology.
