I have never had to wait very long with them,yes the phone system leaves a lot to be desired but Dr George is a 10 she has a eye for moles like you wouldn't believe, and skin cancers. I have moved out of the area and drive an hour just to see her. I did notice today when I called I got a person that answered the phone right away, so they must be reading the reviews. She is tops and I highly recommend her.
