You call them to get an appt and the phone is never picked up sometimes.. It some sort of answering center. When they do you usually get a foreign person who speaks very little english and it takes some time to get an appt even for an existing client. I went to the office and asked for an appt (in Cartersville) and the girl, yes I said girl, at the desk was among the laziest, rudest person I have ever met.. I called to complain about the service and was told to pick up my records. I have used this practice for years and this is what they do to you.. I hope and pray that someone will hold their staff accountable in Cartersville because I am taking my business to Marietta Dermatology. They are so much more professional.. \r
PS the nurses always act like you are a bother...
Pros: Dr Harris is really nice, I hate that it came down to this the staff is horrible
