Falls At Marina Bay

This management does not communicate with what is going on with the resident; several times I came home with treating letter on my door... As well as, the apartment is out dated from the 1980?s, I just moved to the Falls of Marina Bay Jan 2012, what a big Mistake? I have had problems with ants, beetles, centipedes and other outside bugs coming into the apartment. Now I have an issue with Mildew/ Mold or some smell I can't explain !!!!!!!! The apartment are very dark and without lighting fixtures that you would expected for the money you pay for rent?..I wish I had sign a 6 month lease?.I want out!!! Renter beware more

Falls at Marina Bay is ridiculous! You can wake up at 3am in the morning with extremely annoying fire alarm for no reason. I had been living in Falls at Marina Bay for a year and it happened more than 5 times. Even fire fighters are complaining about that place. Management has bad attitude, and prices are very expensive for what they have in there. Parking is always problem, amenities are only fair part but u can't use them after certain time anyway. If u have another option do not even think about moving in Falls at Marina Bay. more

Don't know what is going on with the leasing agents or management over there, but they should be ashamed of themselves! Our leasing person was rude and seemed like he was so tired of working there. Could feel the bad energy and attitude for sure, aside from him ignoring questions. Anyway, Wrote a check for $350 as deposit (Oct 17th). They cashed my deposit check right away. Two days later (Oct 19th) found another place, contacted them to let them know I would not be taking their appartment. They keep $100, understandable. Said they would refund the remaining $250. Asked if I could pick up a check, said "NO" in very rude tone, corporate handles that. Ok, they will mail check and I should receive it within 2 weeks they said. Now, we're on week 3 (Nov 10th) and just received a call from the same depressed, rude leasing agent saying check will be mailed out today. WHAT?? I have lived here for over a year and the place continues to deteriorate in customer service as well as upkeep. I heard bad things and read bad reviews about this development before moving in, but it's ridiculous how poorly this place is run. There's a new property manager every three months, there's tampons and broken glass left along walkways along with other garbage for weeks not just days. The riffraff that's moved in here dries their sheets on the railings. This is supposed to me a ""nice"" community. It's more ghetto than downtown. Take your kids to the pool... and hope that the group that gets drunk down there a few times a week aren't there or the old men that live here aren't hitting on you. There's nothing ""community"" about this place. And don't bother calling the office for customer service once you've moved in, you will be dismissed. Their only goal is to swoon you in. But once you are in you will see it's a dump, that's if you can get in, at least 2x a week the entry gates are broken. When they are working people that don't live here just follow the residents in. So you are paying for a service that does not work. Needless to say, we are eagerly waiting for our lease to expire. more
