I have lived here for over a year and the place continues to deteriorate in customer service as well as upkeep. I heard bad things and read bad reviews about this development before moving in, but it's ridiculous how poorly this place is run. There's a new property manager every three months, there's tampons and broken glass left along walkways along with other garbage for weeks not just days. The riffraff that's moved in here dries their sheets on the railings. This is supposed to me a ""nice"" community. It's more ghetto than downtown. Take your kids to the pool... and hope that the group that gets drunk down there a few times a week aren't there or the old men that live here aren't hitting on you. There's nothing ""community"" about this place. And don't bother calling the office for customer service once you've moved in, you will be dismissed. Their only goal is to swoon you in. But once you are in you will see it's a dump, that's if you can get in, at least 2x a week the entry gates are broken. When they are working people that don't live here just follow the residents in. So you are paying for a service that does not work. Needless to say, we are eagerly waiting for our lease to expire.
