This management does not communicate with what is going on with the resident; several times I came home with treating letter on my door... As well as, the apartment is out dated from the 1980?s, I just moved to the Falls of Marina Bay Jan 2012, what a big Mistake? I have had problems with ants, beetles, centipedes and other outside bugs coming into the apartment. Now I have an issue with Mildew/ Mold or some smell I can't explain !!!!!!!! The apartment are very dark and without lighting fixtures that you would expected for the money you pay for rent?..I wish I had sign a 6 month lease?.I want out!!! Renter beware
