I moved with Falcon Six Movers on Friday July 13th the person who was my direct contact was Olivia she was pleasant & helpful......This was my first time moving with them & I was very please. I work for a law office here in Boca Raton & I gave my boss their number, they came gave us a quote on Saturday & my boss told me he was going with them. The move is this Thursday July 19th. My move was a small move a 2 bedroom & it went so nice & smooth. It was 2 guys who did the move. The awesome thing is the price Olivia gave me was the price I paid. My daughter use Falcon Six Moving the first time March 2011...my daughter move into her first home with her husband....Now she's due Oct (she's having a baby) & me & my husband want to be closer to her....our only child & she told me to use Falcon Six Moving....she said mom ""they did an awesome job when I move in 2011 & I trust them with my stuff, they took really good care of my stuff & she said the price was very fair & Falcon Six Moving was the best Moving Company she ever used & will be the only moving company she will use"". I used them in June 8th of this year & we just used them again Monday July 9th to move a grand piano we just brought...I will be teaching my grandson how to play the piano.....My sister is Moving in Aug of this year guess who she will be moving with? This is my first time hiring Falcon Six Moving to move my 3 bedroom home plus a concert grand piano. My moving consultant name was Olivia & she was very pleasant, informative & helpful during the whole process. I choose them over 2 major moving company. I fall in love with Olivia & the 4 guys who move my house. Those guys treated my stuff like it was there's. I was very pleased. I am an experience mover....I’ve moved twice before & always had a problem with the movers.....but this moving company showed me how a moving company should treat you the customer.....they exceed my expectation & I was very impress I will refer my family, friends & co-worker with them. Wanted to say I my co-workers, me & my parents have nothing but good things to say about Falcon Six....my mom love the fact she ad a moving consultant from the beginning of her mom to the end. My name is Katherine I move with Falcon Six Movers twice....once in 2010 & the 2nd July 15th 2012. In 2010 I was moving with my future-husband. The move went great....my moving consultant name was Michelle she is very friendly & sweet. She explained the process to me & that's how it went. We had 4guys for our move & they took care of my stuff, like it was their own. I will refer my friends & family members to Falcon Six Movers....My husband was so please that he called Michelle & schedule a move for his restaurant. Most incompetent piano movers I have ever seen. I hired them to move a large grand piano for me, they showed up with none of the necessary equipment. They dropped the lid while removing it, scratching the piano. They promised me a 100 refund for this and 2 discounted future moves, so i allowed them to continue.... Later they decided to instead blame me and do nothing to rectify the situation, and have now stopped answering the phone when i call.They got the piano stuck on the lift gate and i had to help push it on. Then they promised me they were going to get extra help from the office and get a skidboard ( I cannot fathom why they showed up without this initially) before making the delivery. They did neither, and could not move the piano properly at the delivery location either, resulting in leaving my concert grand piano stuck outside in the rain FOR OVER AN HOUR. I have also received no compensation for this. As I said, they stopped answering my calls, their consensus being that since they wrote the wrong piano information on the paperwork that their insurance company would just deny my claim. I didn't write the order...they did. I want my 700 back at the very least since i now have to accept liability myself for both the physical damage and all future complications resulting from the humidity damage. Do not, under any circumstances, give this company your money.. don't even let them near your piano for free... more

Falcon six movers broke my glass to my entertainment center and expected me to give them the measurements and get it right or they would deny fixing it. They told me they did not want to go through their insurance so it would not tarnish their reputation but it has been a month since this happened and they won't let me speak to a supervisor or send me a copy of the incident report. They also deeply scratched our real wood floor in one area and cracked three tiles on the front porch, Out of the three men sent for the job, one had to sit out most of the day due to being ill. My husband and to pitch in to get things finished. All in all, this was very disappointing. more
