Review content:
Falcon six movers broke my glass to my entertainment center and expected me to give them the measurements and get it right or they would deny fixing it. They told me they did not want to go through their insurance so it would not tarnish their reputation but it has been a month since this happened and they won't let me speak to a supervisor or send me a copy of the incident report. They also deeply scratched our real wood floor in one area and cracked three tiles on the front porch, Out of the three men sent for the job, one had to sit out most of the day due to being ill. My husband and to pitch in to get things finished. All in all, this was very disappointing.
